Mô tả công việc

- Daily responsible to work assignments to staff under supervision. - Ensure staffs have standard necessary equipment and supplies to carry out their duties. - Ensure that all assigned apartments are cleaned and completed with standard amenities, particularly of VIPs. - Conduct the inventory handover to tenants on their arrival and departure. - Release the move-out apartments for re-sale in a timely manner and in top conditions. - Ensure that all Housekeeping equipment and supplies are clean, well maintained and not wasted nor misused. - Ensure tenants to receive prompt and courteous service. - All tenant complaints are promptly dealt with and referred to Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper’s attention as soon as possible. - Perform any other duties and special projects assigned from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male/Female from 35 to 45 years old - At least 2 years at equivalent position. - Knowledge of Hotel/Full Service Apartment operations and maintenance. - Good at English.
