What You Will Do ***GENERAL MISSION • Primarily responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, coordinating and supervising day to day operational activities at the Reception counter, ensuring prompt and efficient guest service level. • Reporting directly to the Assistant Front Office Manager. The Front Desk Supervisor is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the Front Desk whilst on duty. On a broader scale, Front Desk Supervisor is to ensure that all of the hotel’s guests are greeted, assisted with a level of service and welcome in a genuine warm way at all times. ***ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES • To be concerned with staff discipline and staff performance to develop skills. • To supervise and ensure stationeries, equipments and necessary material of Front Office is sufficient and well controlled • To ensure that all guests are provided with concise information concerning the services and facilities provided by the hotel. ***TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • To use your supervision skills effectively to encourage and motivate staff. • To monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times.
