Mô tả công việc

Deliver the highest quality and brand service standards to consistently meet and exceed executive Guest and VIP expectations at Executive Lounge in the hotel
Ensure that all check in and check out process are made in line with the standards established and be available to help the guest in any of their request
Informs guests about the formalities, any particular conditions relating to their stay and the services available
Promotes the brand and/or Group loyalty programmed, adapting the sales pitch to suit the guest’s needs
Handle any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible

Good command of spoken and written English
Strong computer skills; Opera system - Initiative, courteous, hard working and attentive to details
Working experience with Opera hotel system is an advantage
Experience in working of the same position is an advantage
