Mô tả công việc

Nấu các món Âu, Á phục vụ khách ăn tại nhà hàng hàng ngày. Làm menu, thay đổi menu theo yêu cầu. Đào tạo đầu bếp dưới quyền. Quản lý hoạt động hàng ngày, chi phí, thực phẩm thu mua vào. Sắp xếp ca làm việc của nhân viên.

Yêu cầu công việc

Biết nấu các món ăn Âu, Việt , set up buffet. Quản lý giám sát hoạt động bếp (quy mô nhỏ), thay đổi menu, kiểm soát chi phí và các công việc khác.
