Mô tả công việc

Greet and welcome guests to the Gallery in a friendly and courteous manner.
Ensure the porte cochere is not blocked by motor vehicles at any time.
Provide information as to all the Gallery facilities and be proactive in selling the Gallery facilities.
Provide initial assistance with baggage and information, and if dealing with an in-house guest, direct the guest to the Reception area.
To bid farewell to departing guests.
Coordinate with the driver to ensure that all standards are met and external and internal guest needs are exceeded.
The Doorman will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the Gallery’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
