Mô tả công việc

• Deliver professional check-in, check-out, and front desk services in accordance with hotel standards.
• Welcome guests, provide information, and respond promptly to inquiries and requests to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Handle reservations, update guest profiles, manage registration records, and coordinate special requests.
• Process payments, cashiering transactions, and VAT invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and loyalty programs while maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and resolve guest concerns promptly, maintaining clear shift handovers and accurate operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety regulations, and service standards at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Supervisor, Duty Manager & Front Office Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College/University Bachelor majored in Hospitality;
• At least 1 year of experience in the similar position;
• Be good at spoken and written English and other languages would be an asset;
• Be fully conversant with the Front Office computer system;
• Have good knowledge of all room types, layout and amenities;
• Have good knowledge of all emergency policies and procedures;
• Have a pleasant and smiling personality.
