Key Tasks / Responsibilities To ensure the cleanliness of room, floor and public areas are maintained and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by hotel To supervise and control Housekeeping Attendants and inspect guest rooms and surrounding service areas. To log daily events in logbook and follow up on previous information reported by other Team leaders daily To prepare duty rosters of Housekeeping Attendants. To well-control daily amenity consumption. To maintain all rooms and all machines in good condition. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety. To report and record Lost and Found items.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good communication skills.

- Organizational and training abilities.

- Good leadership skills.

- High School or Vocational Certification in Hotel Management or related field.

- 2 years housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.
