• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, high-quality service.
• Lead, train, and supervise the service team; conduct briefings and performance checks.
• Maintain excellent guest experience; handle feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and overall restaurant performance.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen to ensure food quality and timely service.
• Manage reservations, table allocation, and floor efficiency.
• Drive upselling and promotional initiatives to boost revenue.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Prepare and review operational reports to implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on events and promotions.
• Uphold staff grooming, discipline, and service culture.
• Conduct continuous training to enhance team skills and service quality.
