• Manage and oversee daily Sales & Marketing operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agents.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
• Supervise, train and support the sales team.
• Participate in promotional activities, events and client visits.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales within hotel or resort industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a sales team.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
