Mô tả công việc

- To plan promotions, special menus, events including menu and calculation and submit to Group F&B Manager. - To plan, calculate, train and implement ANY menu in our outlets. - To train and develop the team, specially specific training and staff monitoring to promote the better staff to work for us longer. - To support the production and output in terms of costing and quality from the Central Kitchen to all outlets. Increase productivity in all kitchens. - To help each outlet whenever necessary. - Monitor the food cost of each outlet and train the chefs how to control it. - Monitor the portion size and quality of dishes served in all outlet and correct if necessary. - To ensure the kitchens are clean and hygienic. Therefore to establish regular hygienic trainings and controlling measures together with the Chief Steward. - To establish and implement all necessary measures, documents and steps towards Food Safety regulations. Perform any other duties as assigned by F&B Manager or Superiors.

- Local candidates - Education Level: University/College/Vocational - Age: 30 – 40 - Knowledge of Western and Asian Food & Beverage - At least 2 years experience at same position in 4star/5star hotel/apartment - English Level: Communicative in English (Intermediate) - Computer Level: Advanced computing skills - Specialist Skill: Very high product knowledge in terms of quality and pricing, Asian and International cooking experience. Ability to establish, calculate and implement recipes, good communicating skill and trainer.
