The Forest, Hanoi is a family business - the heart, mind and soul of three generations of food lovers. The Forest, Hanoi will feature an authentic Vietnamese menu with a touch of fusion in rustic and charming ambiance. <br /> <br /> The menu is inspired from local cuisine's specialties and will appeal to a wide and varied clientele. We specialize in course tasting menus, and the a la carte dining is also available. Our main target customers are tourists and local people who love experiencing the unique food and services experiences e. The restaurant has 3 main floors, which is 500 meters in total, the first floor can be used for 180 guests, each of the second and third floor has 2 private dining rooms, which can be served up to 70 guests. The restaurant will be opened 7 days a week. Serving lunch between 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM. Dinner between 5 PM - 10 PM. The restaurant will be closed on New Year Day, and Lunar New Year. The restaurant will open on long holidays such as Labor Day and Christmas weekend.<br /> <br /> Our approach towards the operation of the restaurant is truly cooperative.
