After many years working in construction management and other fields, Dieu decided in January 2011 to take the risk in pursuing her dream. Driven by the passion for home cooking, and with trust in the goodness and kindness of people, our dishes are affectionately termed: “Mom food”. Our motto is: “share good, healthy food with the world”<br /> <br /> This dream not only includes a passion for health cooking but also maintain a commitment to inspiring the new generation <br /> <br /> Through a culture of professionalism, high standard and hard work, we train staff not only in service and English but also aid them in finding their own true passion in life<br /> <br /> We appreciate each employee as an essential unit in our family <br /> <br /> With emphasis on “leading” rather than “controlling”, they understand that they not only work for the restaurant, but are implicit in its success and reputation. A message that we are all ultimately one.<br /> <br /> After spending a year in Swiss culinary University, Dieu has returned with enhanced expertise and experience in application to her cuisine. Still believe in home-cooked dishes with personal touch — only now with extra culinary flair.<br /> <br /> As well as Dieu’s Cuisine culinary expertise being expand, the restaurant, upon moving to “The Villa”, has double capacity. The new premises are a "dream fulfilled" as now Dieu’s can offer a beautiful, comfortable clean environment with a delightful view upstairs.<br /> <br /> Dieu’s Cuisine would not exist without you and were it not got your custom, we would not continue. <br /> <br /> We extend our thanks beyond words to our fantasic guests.
