Project Gyutan

Project Gyutan is a newly opened restaurant situated on the second floor of an old building on Thai Ha street. The restaurant is seating up to 36 guests, with a private dining room and an open kitchen counter. <br /> Inspired from a Japanese word "Gyutan", which means "beef tongue", Project Gyutan focuses mainly on grilled beef tongue dish, in the most welcoming and friendly experience.<br /> Project Gyutan doesn't form it as a specific concept, it is simply a place for casual drinks, for when you miss the taste of a tongue (literally!), or want to try it for the first time. You will never forget your first tongue!
