Assist and reporting to Food & Beverage Manager on all F&B outlets functioning To supervise and give instructions and organized shift briefings and give instructions to all subordinates Responsible for guiding the hostess, waiter/waitress and bus boy/girls in the performance of their jobs Multi-tasking on F&B department when and where assigned Responsible for ensuring sufficient operating guest supplies, beverage supplies and operating equipment during outlet’s operation Responsible for F&B department set up and services within VIP Gaming floor to VIP clients Training for all F&B department on service oriented standards and efficiency Skills in communication and interpersonal relation with our guest, skills in dealings with complaints and service recovery Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the VIP area during shift Beverage costing and control wastage Responsible for the proper maintenance and good working order of all equipment, furniture and fixtures
