Assist in tax audit, internal and external audit. - Assist in all areas of the department when required - Prepare monthly financial report and management reports - Prepare the monthly reports to send to aid Heads of Departments and advise the Managers when a department is spending over their budget at any time during an accounting month. - Prepare the accounting and statistical information with variance analysis for the Managing Director, Director of Golf & Financial Controller report on a monthly basis. - Prepare budgets and forecast - Prepare VAS Report for year- end - Prepare Consolidated Report for whole company (Hotel & Non Hotel) - Other task assigned by FC & MD. - Know SAP, POS, Opera, Sun systems
