Make the GM’s monthly report for FB. Use SMILE system to order materials for FB as food, beverage and others items to bartender or restaurant. Create quotation by email through qualify status of event and guest’s budget to convince guest review and consider to quotation. Take care event for group, company, travel agent and receive request room for group below 9 rooms: ETA, ETD, set up infor, menu, beverage, support for each of customer’s required if have. Solving guest complain about service or trouble on event to making guest satisfied and come back in the next time. Keep in touch good relationship between all department, special Operation to update latest infor about guest, especial important infor Issue BEO, making contract, liquidation, invoice and some of document for guest such as commission for booker, printing procedure and other relevant document inside and outside.
