- Receive order and recruitment requesting form these vacant positions from all department; - Work with department heads to get the job descriptions; - Prepare job advertisements and suggest how and where jobs will be advertised, find the source; - Conducting internal and external resume searches, employee referrals, etc..; - Update the recruitment status on the facebook, hoteljob, careerbuilder.vn, so on... Manage the company's recruiting page on the facebook and some other websites, Manage the CV of candidates to register as well as interviewed CV; - Contact recruitment companies to post vacancies; - Select and advertise on suitable recruitment channels; - Screen CVs and conduct pre-screening interview, language test; - Arrange and contact department heads and the shortlist for the interview; - Be responsible for candidate reference check, Contact and invite candidates to interview; - Preliminary interview candidates in the positions ( Ex: Receptionist, service, hostess, kitchen staff, steward, laundry staff, security, rescue worker, green staff, etc...); - Exchange and offer the job to the selected candidates and inform the unselected as well, appoint candidates to jobs that match their abilities; - Support the department heads to interview candidates and receive evaluation forms from manager. - Summary of evaluation forms and send email or contact by phone to report results for candidates after that deal salary with the passed candidates; - Supply new staff with record list need to prepare when report for duty; - Prepare a welcome kit ( documents, uniform, name tag, locker, ect ) for new hires; - Prepare welcome letter and instruct new employees, be incharge of registering new employees’ fingerprints on the start date; - Prepare offer letter, probationary contract, service agreement for employees and casual staff; - Follow up dealine or probation period and inform to the relevant managers as set time frame by labor laws; - Check meal roster and make a weekly, monthly report as well; - Enter master list and then forward to the C&B staff all branches, - Ensure all HR and employees’ documents, files are property recorded; - Attendant and support the job fair of the company; - Carrying out temporary residence cards, work permits for foreigners; - Work with state agencies to report on hiring foreign workers; - Organize staff activites in coordination with HRM and the related departments; - Make a cash advance/ payment for expenses related to recruitment, uniform, name tag, casual, etc; - Assist HRM and Recruit Manager in typing documents and working forms of HR department upon requested; - Carry out other duties assigned by Recruit Manager and HRM.
