Operation: • Support the resolution of maintenance projects to ensure the highest level of member experience • Support the quality control walkthroughs to address immediate issues, pre-empt potential future issues and identify areas for improvement when required • Support the preparation of move-in and move-out schedules to minimise member issues • Support the Community team in making strategic decisions regarding the operational and financial performance of the location • Support the development and management of team members, including Community Associates and Community Service Associates Account Management: • Maximize the lifetime value and growth of Serepok’s members by leading proactive account planning conversations • Serve as the primary Serepok’s point of contact for member growth, providing them with a world-class stakeholder journey, personalized consultative experience, global growth enablement • Act as an internal advocate for Serepok’s members, working as an extension of their team
