Weekly report on sales activities to the Director of Sales and Sales Manager. Maintain existing accounts and secures new accounts (including section on Corporate Accounts). Prepare contracts for the resort in accordance with current business and pricing conditions. Maintain a regular telesales and sales call activities. Take care of customer’s site inspection and Famtrip at the resort. Be responsible for taking care of groups (pre-arrival, upon arrival, pre-departure and departure): take rooming list, handle customer complaints & problems during their stay and take note their requirement on rooms and other services to concerned departments. Handle events/ banquet function for groups in house and including important events of the resort, such as Christmas and New Year event. Meet and discuss with clients on the specifics of the event including the date and time, logistical requirements, menu items and the number of tables for pricing and event planning purposes, Work closely with Banquet Manager & Head Chef about theme parties, coffee breaks, meeting set up and menu that meet the needs of the customer/ market.
