5/2013 – Present : Intercontinental Da Nang Sun Penisula Resort. Post : Owner Rep. office and support Hotel/Resort Re-openning. - Fit asset and coding all equipment at the hotel. - Suppervisor IHG (Hotel Mamangement Group) mainternance all ID/MEP/Civil work/OS&E equipment. - Coordinate with PMU & IHG to complete all M&E main systems not yet complete and handover to IHG for operation. - Check and review bugged every year for POMEC and Utility engery. - Review and manager Prevent maintenance mothly to ensure hotel all new. - Review and supervisor hotel Prevent maintenance plan all M&E equipment. - Review and check Capex list work. - Review and check raining and typhoon action plan. - Good well Planed Perpetual Maintenance Management (PMM). Ensure to handover to HKP and CQI for use. - Prevent Maintenance (PM) - Fire Protection Maintenance Management (FPMM) - Landscape - Typhoon action plan/Action plan for raining season. - Escape request work - Upgrade M&E systems and Building (Civil work/FF&E...) - New project - Good well co-ordinate with Owner as request - Working with BDS to get approval to additional work. - Good manager ENG Department team - Saving Pomec cost - Saving energy plan - Inspection and handover more project at ICDN. - Good manager CAPEX list project. - Prepare budget for next year and repair all M&E systems for Hotel/Resort operation. Besides, I am going to support Hotel/Resort opening as: JWM Emerabay Phu Quoc, Premier Villas Phu Quoc, Premier Resident Phu Quoc, MGS Sapa, Premier Villas Ha Long…. - Support ENG SHG Team to operation and maintenance all Hotel/Resort/Golf at Region of Vietnam as: InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort/Novotel Danang Han River/Premier Villas Danang/Bana Golf Club and Mercury French Villas. - Very special we have good experience to temporary close Hotel/Resort/Golf and keep asset very good condition, good control energy as electric/water and gas. - Protect all room and furniture not mosdy and not water condensation in the door/windown.
