* As A Bartender. Should have through knowledge of all wines, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks . Bar area should be clean and tidy at all time. Take drink orders from the guest at the bar. Must have good beverage knowledge Be familiar with all wines, cocktails,etc .listed on the wine and drinks list serving menthols in which glass the drinks should be consumed. Should report any unusual incidents or guest complains to manager so that the proper action can be taken to satisfy the guest’s needs. Keeps the manager informed on all items of interest. Be alert and have the ability to cope well under pressure. Prepare the bar running smooth during operation time. Work as team member and offers assistance when required. Make all requests for beverages and all bar equipment for the smooth operation of their work station. Conduct daily perpetual inventory of all bar stock.
