- Lease vacant spaces (retails area) of VV MALL SHOPPING CENTER according to leasing plan in accordance with the relevant time frames setout according to defined retailer mix and target. - Source and look for new tenants, negotiate key terms & conditions with tenants and close lease transactions. - Follow the company’s policy when offering and negotiating lease terms and conditions such as lease & management fee, lease deposit, decoration deposit,... - Control paper work such as Letter of Intent, Lease contract, Annex, Handover space minute, Notice send and receive of tenants. - Manage my own tenants (11), JLL tenants (14) and VV Mall tenants. Follow up these clients and timely support to ensure client satisfaction and relationship. - Manage and oversee tenant’s fitting out timely with project schedule as well as strictly following mall technical standards. - Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities such as Leasing Progress, Tenant Fit-out Progress, tenant satisfaction surveys, etc. - Perform regular market and transaction research, and analysis to update internal databases and report on emerging retail. Be knowledgeable of competing shopping centers and rental rates.
