• Talent acquisition • Compensation and Benefits • Ensure salary and other benefits of employees are fully implemented and on time • Manage PIT, ensure that PIT of employees are calculated accurately and submitted as instruction of Tax Department • Follow up, check on the implementation of works and benefits of SI, HI, UI, health, accident for employees accurately on timely basic • Build up, Maintain and develop HR software system • Compose and maintain a system of regulations, procedures and forms applicable, regulations of human resource for company. Ensure that all matters related to human resource are in line with corporate law, labor law and company charter • KPIs, Labor performance appraisal • Employee relations • Expat employees • Assist HR Manager on HR daily activities
