1. Relationship Manager (July/2019 – Jan/2020) ✔ Receive and consult in detail on have not cooperated partners. Help partners understand the company's cooperation policies clearly ✔ Manage all procedures and records of partner ✔ Train, instruct and support to members about all issues related to partner development in department ✔ Use the Marketing system to manage comprehensive information about partners. Suggest to upgrade the system and ensure the best management quality. ✔ Develop partner management policy details, make sure not to miss any issues related to the quality of cooperation. ✔ Handle partner issues (coordinating with other departments) ✔ Directly handle issues related to the satisfaction of big partners throughout the cooperation process (Vincom, Lotte, QSR, APAX Leader, An Phat...) 2. Project Manager (July/2018 – June/2019) ✔ Manage a team of 20 staff (Admin Staff, Online, Onsite in Ha Noi, Da Nang, Can Tho, Nha Trang, HCM, Hue) ✔ Manage new location settings and return the system when is not cooperating with partner ✔ Ensure that the human resources and collaborators are capable of deploying on a large scale (Specialization, process and standardization of deployment operations are required) ✔ Ensure high system stability, traffic quality throughout the portal system ✔ Proposal and follow-up implementation of replacement, repair and upgrade. ✔ Manage issues: assets, transmission lines, investment efficiency. ✔ Administrate and request to improve the system's problems: free wifi, storage, dormitories
