 Check the room before guest arrives, ensure guest’s room in perfect conditions. Co-operate with the housekeeing department to do the turndown service for guests.  Assist guest C/in and C/out at the resort  Follow up and build the plan for guests during the time they stay in the resort.  Check the guest’s special information before C/in such as birthday, honeymoon or anniversary vacation.  Consult guest about the tour or confirm their booking with the other departments  Keep relationship with regular guest and forepart the special request for the next stay of all of regular guest.
