• Manage OTA channels of both properties by using Siteminder, coordinate with Market Manager to ensure hotel’s appearance in all OTAs, get more revenue to achieve the KPIs • Guarantee Parity score always higher than 90%, (by Triptease, RateGain) • Manage brand website, do SEO to increase the conversion rate, getting more direct booking to website • Coordinate with marketing team in implenmenting markeitng plan, to optimize traffics from digital marketing campaigns turn them into direct bookings, especially from digital campaigns as SEM, Naver, Baidu… • Coordinate with revenue team (based on ARI, RGI, MPI and forecast) to maximize the revenue, to achieve the budget. • Coordinate with Reservation team to solve booking issues, guest’s request, OTAs connection issuesp • Manage other digital distribution channels like TravelAds, MetaConnect, Sojern to get more direct bookings to brand website with ROAS > 8
