Main responsibilities: - Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude. - Take orders on order slips, enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. - Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. - Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions. - Help the other staff when necessary. - Collect payments from tables. Salary: 7.000.000 vnd/month Reason for quitting: At that time, I had to study so many subjects in my College, so that I don't really have time for work anymore. Morever, I think my major is more suitable than the other one so I want to challenge myself with new position in F.O Department at the hotel.
