As a determined and attentive banquet and event server, I have full acquainted with Vietnamese and Chinese banquet operation from decorating tables, greeting and seating guest. When I worked at PLATE restaurant, every morning I and my team handle nearly 300 guests in the morning, I was learned how to be multitask and become the only staff in charge of Buffet Lunch setting for our restaurant. I was proficient at setting buffet counters, handling phone calls(provide the food knowledge), key in reservation and welcome the guest for Lunch Buffet in very short time. My food knowledge about Malaysian, Chinese and Western was attained as experts and remember every single course, so I helped my manager to solve the food tag problem. I had opportunities to work alone at Graffiti Sky Bar and The Trading Floor (lobby bar) as cross-functional staff.I have responsibility for all the coffee machines at our restaurant, meeting rooms, and frequently handling meeting rooms by setting up facilities, preparing food and beverages.

Constance Moofushi Engineering department, every day I ensure the project run smoothly by maintain related records such as contracts, letter of orders, variation change orders, and updating transfer of expense into and out of project related accounts. Besides, I was proficient in reviewing the supplier invoices related to accounts, monitor and update time sheets for work related to project. Moreover, overview account totals related to project assets & expenses. In addition, I am responsibility for investigating project variances, submit variance reports to management. Furthermore, compiling information for internal & external auditors. Additionally, I also in charge of verify good receiving notes with supplier’s invoices and report discrepancies if any, along with verifying accuracy of contractor’s invoice and labour charges. Moreover, I can remember nearly 600 different items and contribute to identify items when supply came I am expert in reading architecture design, so I can ensure proper placement of project assets according to approval project design. On the other hand, prepare and submit discarded items list for assets disposal. Beyond that, I do assist to Chief Engineer with the overall project from the start to finish and taking ownership of the systems and controls required for it. And producing monthly project reports including goods receiving details labour charges and other overhead expenses related to project.
