Position: Receptionist (March 2017 - May 2018) Main responsibilities: - Check-in & check-out for customers. Introduce the facilities and services to guests. - Receive customer's request and assist, support, provide help for customers. - Handle night audit procedures and other duties by the absence of management team. - Hand over and resolve all pending information. - Direct sales with walk-in guest. - Register temporary residences report to police department.
