- An international tourism company in 71 countries, No.1 travel agency in Japan, established in Vietnam since 2007; HR& Admin team in Japan and Vietnam worked together as a team to serve front office's team and develop people for business success. - Report to Hanoi HR & Admin Manager and Hanoi Branch Director. - Lead the staff at AD&HR, IT Solutions and Legal Department on their duties; - Mentored 3 juniors and 2 fresh staffs. i/ Talent Acquisition - Make the plan for recruitment procedure in long term and short term; - Define the Job Description for each position in Hanoi branch; - Reduce 20.000 USD on cost of recruiting Jpese speaking talents in 2019 (compare with 2018); - Coordinate with TA team at Head Office (HCM City) in sourcing and processing recruitment; - Updating recruitment trend, channels to propose an improvement for the recruiting process; - Follow-up new hires including induction and exit interview processes; - Provide Japanese speaking talents for another company in Japan if they needed. ii/ Training & Development - Organize the on boarding/ induction/ orientation procedure for new employees; - Advised the HR issues to other department during their operation; - Implement/support a training program to organize events to build the company culture and connecting people in branch & Head Office to ensure everything is well-prepared. iii/ HR Compliance - Co-work with Head Office for monthly payroll & prepare all reports (newcomer, resignation, movement cases) on time; - Follow-up and claim the benefit at Social Insurance Dept.; - Prepare new labor contracts, renew ones and follow-up the relevant decisions; - Prepare the documents for making PIT procedure and apply these ones to Tax Dept.; - Manage the holiday vacation & annual health check. iv/ Office Management - Monitor working condition (stationeries, service contract,...) and the budget of the office; - Save 500- 600 USD/case when we applied the documents by ourselves for Resident Card, Work Permit, Driver's License in Vietnam for foreigner employees ; - Directly worked with Admin Dept. of HQ in Japan about office expense.
