Briefly of my education and word experience, I have graduated from Financial and Marketing University since 2017 with Hospitality Bachelor Degree and at the same time I got N3 level in Japanese proficiency and studying N2 at present. I also have English TOEIC scored at 920 points which I believe that it is worth considered. On the other hand, I had over two years working in the international five stars hotel - Park Hyatt Saigon which obviously supported me with various multinational and professional experiences. The time of being with Assistant position helped me vastly from just very limited on-floor knowledge to a more complicated world behind the operation of the outlets. I had the chance to improve myself from learning how to handle and report complaints in many aspects, I have learned how to schedule shifts and how to supervise, maintain hygiene and food safe in a certain level.
