I have been working in the sector of Administration – Human Resources for about 3.5 years and during this time, I have involved in quite various works going from controlling company’s documents into processing staffing matters, such as recruiting, preparing legal papers, assisting in payroll calculation and employee’s benefit, planning and coordinating company events. Among of them, my main job is focusing on hiring and monitoring all the employee situation report, supporting management board in managing and creating best environment for employee in order to achieve the business goal in the most efficient manner.
