Working as Spa Director, I manage 6 branches of La Spa chain at the same time and be reported directly by Spa managers. My main purpose is to manage and run all Spa activities, including quality of service, customer feedback, revenue and business strategies, and human resources management. I spend a lot of time on building SOPs, KPIs and creating training courses to indirectly support the operation running smoothly. - In the first year 2015, revenue of December increased 101% compared to the January - In the next 2 years, average revenue increased 50% per year - Built up successfully all the SOPs of Spa operation and made sure all the staff were well-trained for those - Built up successfully the unique KPIs useable to the Spa operation and one of the hotels in EHG - Kept the Hanoi La Siesta Spa at #1 of Tripadvisor in 2 years and top 5 in 1 year - Re-branding La Siesta Spa to La Spa Vietnam in the September of 2018 will all the related neccessary works. - Set-up and launch 1 or 2 new branches almost every year
