- Coordinated with Front Office and Housekeeping in checking minibar and equipments in guest rooms when they checked out - Took in charge of charging each guest for guest use of items in the minibar on their stay - Restocked each minibar according to what had been charged - Checked each item in the minibar for expiration dates in case they need replacing - Took overall minibar inventory and coordinated with Purchasing Department when supplies run low - Removed and reported items that were out of date or damaged - Reported and submited relevant documents about transactions that take place in every shift/day/week/month/year to the finance department - Supported other works in Housekeeping Department when required - Managed and maintained the cleanliness of minibar storerooms - Took in charge of solving problems that arise at work.
