Lead total HVAC team of 6 members for prevention and maintenance all of HVAC system including Chiller system, AHU, PAU, FCU and air ventilation. Draw up duty roster, record sign in sign out for Engineering Team. Monitoring and operating main systems of the building such as Chiller system, Boiler and calorifier system, Backup Generator.... Checking Auto Fire Alarm, Fire Service, Sprinkler system with Security Team. Check and control Chlorine of fresh water come into the building daily to ensure water quality. Managing spare parts warehouse & take ordering replacement part for daily usage of engineering team. Support other department (Ex: CCTV system with security team, IT server maintenance with IT department). Planting for routine quality check of Fire Drill & major system on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Co-work & set up schedule for suppliers for preventive maintenance Elevator system, Boiler system, Chiller system etc. Record and Report to Director of Engineer on monthly utility consumption (Electric, D.O, water).
