- Greeting guests to the hotel. - Assists guests in/out with their luggage, book taxi when needed. - Assists guests when they need to book hotel's transportation, tour, restaurant and introduce guests about the nearby area. - Handle letters, parcel, food,... that are delivered to in house guests and arrival guests, and in house guests' stuff that they want to send to someone outside.

Care Share

- Hotel has policy to encourage its staff by giving staff some Care Share Points. It means when a staff doing something good for guests or for hotel's business, hotel manager team will give their staff Care Share to encourage them, staff can save the Care Share until they have enough points then they could exchange the points to have dinner buffet at Hotel's restaurant. I worked hard, contributed to the hotel's business so well, so my direct manager gave me some Care share and nominated me to be in the hotel's nominator for the Care For The Hotel's Business list. the award was given to another staff, but it was my pleasure to be nominated.
