- Responds communicate to guests, travel agents concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone. - Checking mail and follow up all pending request, make sure it will be solved within 24 hours. - Making new reservation to hotel's system, assign rooms to customers with confirmation email. - Promptly processes any cancellations and modifications. - Following up with package and promotion of the day, hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows. - Cooperating with accountant to check payment status of short term booking and push bookers to make payment on date. - Undertake any request made by director of sales.
