1. Maximizing room sales and revenue for both properties. 2. Ensure all calls are answered within 3 rings and correspondence is answered within 24 hours. 3. To ensure all reservations correspondences are files accurately so that hard copy back up is available when required. 4. To monitor future availability on a daily basis in order to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue, and to prevent over-booked situations. 5. To monitor advance bookings in accordance with reservation standards in order to minimize inaccuracies and to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. 6. To refer major guest/operator complaints to the Front Office Manager, or the manager on duty in his absence, in order to prevent further dissatisfaction on behalf of the guest/operator. 12. To arrange seaplane transfer for all arrival & departure guest 13. To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times. 14. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. 15. To have a complete understanding of the hotel’s procedures in respect to health, hygiene, fire and safety. 16. To attend all training scheduled, even if this should fall outside of regular working hours. 17. To perform any other reasonable tasks directed by the management
