I came to Abu Dhabi to work as Room Attendant. I have leamed high standards of Four Seasons housekeeping room cleaning service. After 6 months I moved to Houseman position. It was more interesting because I had more contacts with hotel guests and after this experience, I decided to move to the Front office. I got a position Guest Service Agent in Four Seasons Residences. The team consisted of 4 front office members and there were 124 units. My tasks included a lot of responsibilities: help with luggage, answer calls, make room checklist, work with real estate agents, provide hotel tours for potential customers, etc. At this position, I have improved my customer service skills, which helped me a lot for my next job experiences
