Handling phone calls and e-mails from customers, travel agents and corporates Informing hotel facilities and suitable room promotions to customers Assisting customers to make room reservation based on their budgets and preferences (leisure/business, room view, return guest/ new customer…) Upselling, when appropriate, to higher room category and other services (transportation, spa, F&B...) Sending room confirmation letters to customers and handling payment Handling requests from customers (amendment, cancellation, refund, special requests...) Working with other departments (Front desk, Sales, Accounting...) to ensure work efficiency and achieve guest satisfaction Training new employees and trainees Checking bookings 1 week in advance to avoid mistakes and ensure smooth staying experience for guests
