 05/2016 – 04/2018 Title: Casual Labor  04/2018 – 07/2020 Title: Waiter Staff - I can read and figure out Banquet Event Order (BEO) requests, prepare needed equipments. - We’ll trained at setting up meeting room, convention room ( Class room, Cabaret, UShape, Double U-Shape, Theatre, Board room, Hollow square, Fafe to face…), all kind of party room ( Breakfast, Tea/coffee break, Cockltail reception, Western set, Chinese set, Buffet, Canapé, Wine diner...), with the quality of 5 starts hotel standard. - Professional serving skills: know how to gain quests, trusted, hard at work, easily to get along with co-workers. - Know how to prepare and setting up a bar of beverages needed for a party, convention... - Checking quality of drinks before service for quests - I know how to check clean up, sort the items in order (cold store, linens store, banquet store...). - Can check and control the property of my outlet such as chairs, tables, stage..., on list (the number of remaining, beverage EXP date, number of lists items...). - I can also use coffee machine, micros system for billing, ordering, quick and correctly. - Welcome guest, take the table, booked the table for customer, take Order, check and sort the name food. - I can do food runner, bartender, recommend food and beverage food for them, tell customer about new promotion, show them menu and list drinks, keep the house when staff break time...
