Acting full management of the hospitality property on site: recruitment, finance management, operation, maintenance, material procurement, hotel sales and customer service. Manage major Operations including FO, HK, F&B, IT and HR. Coordinate and approve on room rates and promotions of the hotel for Travel Agents, OTA, FIT and corporate guests Plan and organize accommodation and other hotel services Manage costing, budget and procurement on operations Corporate with Accounting to manage debt, payrolls, allowances and financial reports Ensure service quality to guests, target rating of OTA sites is above 8.1 Control additional and supporting services to be profitable Plan work schedules for individuals and duty roster for each department Meet and greet guests upon check-in and check-out Deal with guests’ complaints and comments, including online comments (Tripadvisors, Agoda, Mytour, …) Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations, construction in hotel's premise Ensure security is effective Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other local regulations Support all docs and reports which Owner requires Forecast and ensure the entire transfer and room plan properly organized Coordinate with construction side to report and resolve room defects Closely observe and take action to any troubles caused to in house guest and make sure getting guest highest satisfaction Recruit, train and manage staff in HK, FO and F&B (including new and current staff) Maintain effective communication in organization to ensure smooth service delivery Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed. Be flexible in working schedule, rotate morning/afternoon/night shift as requested and extra time in peak season and busy days. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Owner.
