- Responsible for taking good care, serve VIP guest, KoLs such as: Hương Giang, Quang Vinh, Ngọc Trinh, Hà Anh Tuấn, owner of Aman group, owner of An Lâm resort, etc… - Supporting co-worker to running smooth service time to maintain the excellent customer relation and customer service,etc… - Training for new staffs as well for new trainees all information about outlets (2 restaurants), menu( BF, lunch, dinner, room dining, bbq…), sequence of service, how to serve wine, etc… - Providing for the guests with nice table set up at special event - Maintaining hygiene, organizing before and after service time - Reporting alls comment or complain daily for leader - Supporting leader paybill for guests at the end of dinner - Solving some easy problem for guests - Checking restriction of all guests daily - Ordering, preparing stuff at the beginning of the shift - Sharing information about food and drink included wine and spirits for colleague to improve knowledge each other - Supporting bar team to make cocktail, mocktail,… and service guests - Reporting part stock inventory daily, arranging wine inventory, spoiled wine report - Responsible for maintain and protect all equipment at all outlet - Supporting manager to prepare special event, gala dinner, new year, wedding, Christmas,etc… - Supporting leader incharge all shift: morning, afternoon
