Position: Public Area Attendant- Housekeeping Department • Inspect & Clean all public areas as assigned daily. • Maintain all the public area with cleaning schedule for specific area • Do deep cleaning projects schedule for specific area daily, monthly, yearly. • Use Carpet Machine, Floor Polishing machine for cleaning public areas. • Train & Support the job for newcomers. Position: Room stylist Attendant- Housekeeping Department • Cleaning the guest rooms according to 20 steps of I-Clean as IHG group mentioned • Deep cleaning for the specific area in the guest rooms as schedule ( daily, monthly, yearly…) • Checking & posting Minibar items onto the system when guest in room or Guest check out. • Check all defects in the guest rooms & report it to office according to supervisor check list so that room will be the best condition for guest. • Check lost & found item when guest checking out. Make sure all the items guest left will be recorded. • Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety. • Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time. • Getting Guest requests about room amenities and meet the guest request. Make the guest sastification as much as possible. • Instruction the newcomers about the job. • Always be in the top of excellent staffs of Housekeeping department ( to be the one of five I- Cleaner ( IHG standard for excellent staffs of Dept ).
