Continue to promote the sale of sub-services on board, inform the upgrade, downgrade, cancellation case by case. - Assist in receiving and solving client requests to the office or oversea's guests. - Coordinate with customer care before and after the customer use services, resolve complaints as well as arising problems. - Ensure the price of the booking especially extra services such as hotel, car, visa fee... - Proposal for advance payment for third party's services.
