From september,2015 until the end 2016, i was receptionist at EMM hotel Hoi An, and i was night auditor too, my jobs are receive and checking bills from restaurant and bar then post to the guest'room. Posting room charge on the systerm, preparing bills that will check out on next day, sending reports to GM and manager apartment... From the end 2016 until March,2020, I was owner of Sunny Garden Homestay, I had great experience to running a homestay with high score as : 9,5 on Booking.com, 5 star on Airbnb, and also doing good on another OTA. Because my business is small place so i was manager and a receptionist or a maintaince man.... Every day, i manage Booking extranet, expedia to make promotion, edit room rate, check feedback,... check guests in, receive and assist guests, settle guests'complains, make bills, check out.. maintaince AC, hot water, lights... and many things that i could do.
