1.Waitress at Department Of Chemistry Bar *Open Shifts: - Go to Laundry to exchange used towels. - Wipe glasses and sort them on shelves. - Clear table with sanitizer. - Open the door and turn on music. *When the guests come: - Say " Xin Chao", invite them to sit. - Get cold/hot face towels for guests. - Give them menu and introduce, recommend best sellers for guests. - Take orders. - Pick up drinks and foods for guests. - Chat with them about their trip, our bar, foods, drinks,.. *Close Shifts: - Wipe the washed glasses and cutlery. - Put glasses on the shelfs and cover it with Napkin towels. - Check and turn off the lights. - Close the door. 2. Waitress at Tempus Fugit Support in back of house - Clean glasses and learn to recognize glasses. - Fold napkins and cold towels. - Sort cutleries and clean them. - Fill up station ( cutleries, napkins...) - Exchange towels at Laundry. Support in front house - Set up the table ( buffe, a la crate...) - Order tea or coffee for guest. - Clean up the dishes on the table for the guests when they're done. - Call the buggy to take the guests to our room if they need it.
