Financial Reporting: - Creates monthly financial reports for property owner. - Ensure timely payments and collections. - Monitor of budget and to control expenses within the approved level. - Prepare annual budgets. - Analyze and correct budget variances. - Keep accurate and up-to-date financial. Staffs Management: - Hire, train and evaluate all site staffs. - Direct control all personnel and resources to ensure property is properly maintained & owner objectives met. - Supervise & assess in-house staff operation and arrange regular training to the staff. - Hold in-house staff meeting on a weekly basis or as required. - Collect and review site inspection report and daily complaints to maintain a file record.
