I have more than 18 years working experience at Management level in Security Services line & operation and more than 5 years in Banking and financial Institution line. I am responsible in establishing an Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA) committee, providing safety HIRRAC to all Hotel department, ensuring all the Hotel fire protection system in good condition and conducting Fire Life safety training to all staff. I have attended Marriott Global Safety & Security Loss Prevention Academy 2018 Bangkok, Thailand and 9th Annual Hotel Security Training Seminar by OSAC U.S Department of State, Bangkok, Thailand. In 2019 I had attended Loss Prevention Academy Marriott Global Safety & Security, Bali, Indonesia. I trained and coaching the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Crisis Management Team (CMT) and frequently conducting emergency drill and also auditing the working Safety Hazard. I am also conducting investigation on any reporting incident or accident. As Pre-Opening Loss Prevention Manager with The Ritz-Carlton Residences Kuala Lumpur and also Pre-Opening Security & Safety Manager with Best Western Premier Ion Delemen Genting Highland, I have to established the Standard Operating Procedure for security department, preparing Operating Expenses budget, job description for Assistant Security Manager, Security Supervisor and security officer, Risks assessment for the hotel, coaching and training to Hotel staffs on Emergency action plan and Emergency response team. I have obtained knowledge of threat and risks assessment and identifying safety hazard. I have attended “Security Manager Program” course by Shangri-La Academy, International Shipping and Port Security Code (ISPS) and International Safety Management course and also currently holding a certificate of first responder life support (CPR, AED & First Aid Training). To prepare the Standard Operating Procedure for security department, Operating Expenses budget, Risks assessment for the hotel, training to Hotel staff on Emergency action plan and Emergency response team. Respond to Residence owners' and their guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Lock property entrances when required. Serve as overnight Residences Concierge and Loss Prevention representative as needed. Maintain coverage of Concierge area by assisting with the breaks of the Concierge team. Respond to special requests from Residence owners and their guests with unique needs and follow up to promote satisfaction. Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Engineer, Bell-person, and Housekeeping) as necessary to resolve call, request, or problem. Review and document all incidents in the logbooks and report to the next shift. Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Report any incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to Residences Manager/and or Director of Residences and complete safety training and certifications. Courses attended; 1.
