- Led the IT system transition from Legacy Mekong to Marriott International standards, ensuring smooth migration and minimal operational disruption. - Planned and implemented migration of hotel IT infrastructure, systems (Opera PMS, Micros POS, Symphony, OXI, HR & Payroll, VingCard, Veeam Backup), and operations to Marriott technology standards. - Coordinated with Marriott IT teams, vendors, and internal departments during the transition process. - Upgraded network infrastructure including servers, firewall, WiFi systems, and security solutions. - Managed system integration, data migration, and user access restructuring according to Marriott IT policies. - Provided staff training and technical support during and after the system transition. - Monitored system performance and ensured stable IT operations after implementation.
- Operate and monitor the resort’s entire IT infrastructure, including servers, LAN/WAN network, Wi-Fi, firewall, Internet, IP phones, and CCTV systems. - Manage and support hotel software systems (Hospitality Systems) such as Opera PMS, Micros POS, Symphony, OXI, Material Control, Cadena, VingCard, Veritas Backup, etc. - Implement and maintain software systems by coordinating with vendors for installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting. - Manage user accounts and access rights, including account creation, modification, and deletion, as well as monitoring system security and access logs (SAM, AD, email, etc.). - Ensure network security through regular antivirus updates, firewall management, data backup, and protection of guest and system information. - Manage IT assets by planning maintenance schedules, conducting hardware and software inventory, and recommending replacements or upgrades when necessary. - Provide user training and support by assisting staff in system usage and resolving daily technical issues. - Prepare regular reports on system status, incidents, backups, security, and IT project progress within the resort.
